What we can do for you

Clean, efficient heating that saves money

Our certified engineers specialise in air source heat pump installation, replacement and maintenance. We help homeowners and businesses switch to steady, whole-house warmth and hot water on tap. Every number on this page is backed by a public source, explained at the bottom.

Designed around your property

We work with you from the first assessment through to completion. Every system is designed around your property, your usage and your budget, whether you need a single heat pump for your home or a larger project for your business.

Heat pump or air conditioning?

An air source heat pump (air-to-water) heats your radiators, underfloor heating and hot water. Air conditioning (air-to-air) heats and cools individual rooms. Not sure which suits you? We install both, so you get honest advice rather than a sales pitch. See our air conditioning page for room-by-room comfort.

The whole job, one team

Our own NICEIC-approved electricians handle the electrical work, and our engineers commission the system and train you on it at handover.

Common questions

Heat pumps, answered

If you are switching from a gas or oil boiler to an air source heat pump, the government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme offers a £7,500 grant towards the cost. Until March 2027, homes heated by oil or LPG with no mains gas connection qualify for a further £1,500 on top. We handle the full application on your behalf and deduct the grant from your quote, so you see the saving straight away.
The upfront cost is higher than a like-for-like boiler swap, which is the gap the £7,500 grant exists to close. On running costs, a heat pump moves heat rather than making it by burning fuel, so a well-designed system delivers more heat than the electricity it draws. The certified efficiency of the unit we recommend is listed on the independent MCS product directory, we state it in your written quote, and a heat pump tariff from your energy supplier can bring running costs down further.
The government publishes the real prices paid under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. In January to March 2026 the median air source heat pump installation cost £13,100 before the grant, so £5,600 once the £7,500 is deducted. Your figure depends on the property and any radiator changes, and our price promise means the number on your written quote is the number you pay.
Yes. Modern air source heat pumps are designed for the UK climate and keep heating effectively in freezing conditions. Proper system design and installation matter most for cold-weather performance, which is exactly what our free assessment covers.
Yes, including Victorian terraces and pre-war houses. Some properties benefit from minor upgrades such as loft insulation or larger radiators to get the best efficiency. Our engineers assess your property and advise on any changes before installation.
Not usually. Good insulation helps efficiency, but most homes do not need major upgrades to install a heat pump. If your home stays warm with your current heating system, it is likely ready for a heat pump.
Modern heat pumps run at noise levels similar to a fridge or dishwasher. We position the outdoor unit away from bedroom windows and shared boundaries, and regular maintenance keeps the system running smoothly and quietly.
