We would rather show you the actual specification every project is built to: structure, insulation, airtightness, heating, solar and EV readiness, line by line. Any detail still being confirmed with our suppliers is marked on the page until it is locked, and your written quote fixes the exact specification for your project.
The Lifecycle SpecConsultation, design and planning, a fixed written quote, a staged build with payments tied to progress, then handover with certificates and aftercare. Each stage is written down, including what you pay and when, so there are no surprises in either direction.
